Operating from its base in Angus, Delson Contracts Limited is an independent, well established business with an outstanding reputation for quality, reliability and excellent service.
Formed in 1989 the company is involved in a wide variety of civil engineering, waste management, demolition and design and build contracts.
OUR PEOPLE
Managing Director, Bruce Stott, has built a strong team with people who want to make a positive difference to the environment and to raise awareness about the high costs which poor waste management practices have on people and businesses.
WHAT WE DO
We operate in four distinct market sectors - waste management, civil engineering, demolition and design and build packages.
Design and Build Contracts: As is becoming ever more popular, we can provide a full design and build package including a certified design, regulatory permissions and construction. Recent completed projects include the a new Driving Standards Agency test track and offices at Dundinane Industrial Estate, Dundee
Civil Engineering: Our civil engineering business spans everything from major roadworks, to flood prevention schemes, site clearance and hard and soft landscaping. Recent high profile projects, completed on or before schedule include the state of the art Digital Media Park at Ninewells Dundee, and in Angus the Brechin Business Park and Orchardbank Business Centre, Forfar.
Demolition: Our service offering within the Demolition sector comprises all commercial and industrial contracts. The demolition side of the business works in tandem with our recycling & crushing operations. Started in 2007, we have been involved in many projects of varying scales to date, from large scale demolition and clearance of industrial estates and factories, including: Wallace Craigie Works, Dundee, Carr’s Fertilizers, Montrose, Former Hospital Blocks at Stracathro Hospital, Brechin and the Barnton Hotel, Edinburgh.
Recycling, Crushing and Screening: We undertake a wide range of services including crushing, screening and the supply of recycled aggregates.
